He said: “I’m not like my real father, not like him he had like all these damn kids and stuff like that and I only got four kids.” He later continued: “My mother said, ‘You know, I would never hug my kids’. She never did, she never hugged us, never kissed us nothing. I’m the same way I guess.”
Even while he may be thinking about his late father, Dennis has made careful not to act in a way that would be contrary to his ideas. He only has three children, one of whom plays for the USWNT. He made an effort to become closer to his kids in 2017 and has been much more involved in their lives. The Worm made a straightforward choice since he wished to watch his children mature.
