“I killed my imposter” Dennis Rodman survived suicide by killing what was inside him

Dennis Rodman
Former NBA legend Dennis Rodman once admitted to killing the fake personality he had made himself. Dennis Rodman even attempted to commit suicide. He narrated this incident in an interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2018.

Dennis Rodman said, “I killed the imposter. Because it felt like everything that I had did, it wasn’t real. I had to find what was real and what stimulated Dennis Rodman to keep going on to be a successful basketball player and individual and a happy person.” Dennis was on Oprah’s show to talk about his life and promote his autobiography, ‘Bad as I wanna be.’ In the same interview, Winfrey read a part out of his book where he mentioned that he had killed an imposter who was living within himself.
Apparently, Dennis had gone missing all of a sudden from the practice sessions. Later, he was found in a parking lot by Craig Sager, asleep with a loaded shotgun. Craig then made Rodman understand that taking his own life would be foolish. From that moment, Dennis tried to overcome the imposter within him. This incident led to all the piercings, tattoos, extravagant house parties, women, and continuous afflation with the law. Dennis Rodman, however, was never ashamed of himself or his life.
