“I’m not concerned…,” Draymond Green gets ‘c*cky’ once again as he fires shot at other Western Conference teams

Golden State Warriors veteran Draymond Green sent a poker-faced message to the teams in the Western Conference. In their latest match-up against NBA Finals opponent – Boston Celtics, the defending champions asserted a firm hand of dominance on their opponents. Though they have not been able to put up a constant string of wins, they have fared much better than other teams in the WC.

As reported by ESPN NBA, Draymond Green, who had had 11 points and four rebounds said, “I’m not concerned by anybody in the West. I think there are good teams in the West, good teams that you have to fear, have the appropriate fears coach Kerr always talks about. Phoenix is one of those teams. I’ve been telling everybody for two years now.”

With this win, Steve Ker’s Golden State Warriors are placed eighth in the Western Conference, courtesy to a 14-13 record. Making them edge closer to the Top 6 Playoff berths.

The Golden State Warriors notched up a comprehensive 123-107 win against the formidable Boston Celtics at home. This game was a rematch of last year’s NBA finals. Superstar Stephen Curry scored 32 points, Klay Thompson scored 34 points, while Green and Jonathan Kuminga’s defense had the final say in handing them a win.

Head Coach Steve Kerr was very impressed with his team’s all-around performance. Warriors stud Jordan Poole had 20 points starting despite shooting 1 for nine from long range, as Andrew Wiggins missed his third straight game with a strained right adductor. For the Celtics, Jaylen Brown had 31 points and nine rebounds, Jayson Tatum scored 18 points, and Malcolm Brogdon added 16 off the bench for Boston.

They have won eight of nine and three straight and faced Golden State’s tight defense. Boston will take on the Los Angeles Clippers next, and the GSW will face off against the Milwaukee Bucks

Safe to say, in a mouth-watering between two of the NBA league’s best, Stephen Curry and Giannis Antetokounmpo – the battle on who comes out on top, and in what manner, will be an interesting storyline to witness unfolding.
