“Should have been ejected but they won’t do that”: Draymond Green gets into a heated scuffle with Reggie Bullock after a hard-fought play

Reggie Bullock and Draymond Green

Draymond Green is a tough guy and everyone around knows it, especially the officials. The Golden State Warriors today once again shocked the league as they bounced back in Game 2 against the Luka Doncic-led Dallas Mavericks and got the job done. As they now lead the western conference finals series by 2-0. The game though got controversial and again it was the refs who are on the unfortunate end of the fans. As many think the Dubs should have been on the losing end as Draymond Green should have been ejected. But the officials just didn’t do that and favored the Warriors to win. Of course, nothing can be claimed true as always someone is upset with the calls but when it’s the former DPOY involved who is also league’s biggest trash-talker and one of the toughest guys it’s nothing but straight headlines.

The Golden State Warriors hosted the Dallas Mavericks at Chase Center for Game 2 of the western conference finals. The game was closely contested and head to head and favored the Mavs to win it and even the series throughout the first half. But the Warriors took control over the game in the third and fourth quarters and won it all. They made a comeback of 19 plus points and it wasn’t just Stephen Curry who made it possible. It was a complete team effort from everyone who suited up. But it wasn’t possible without Draymond Green who had a good chance to be ejected at multiple moments during the second half. But the refs just didn’t do that. He got his first-tech early and since then was on his way out as he talk trashed had some physical altercations and also fouled a lot while complaining to the refs even Steve Kerr got into it as he yelled at him as a reminder that he already has one technical.

In the game, Draymond Green ran the defensive end and the offensive one as the secondary point guard and made wide-open looks for his mates. He dropped 6 points, 5 assists, and 6 rebounds. But unfortunately, Reggie Bullock dropped him on a screen play as the game was already heated and very physical, after that the former DPOY got into the business and the Dubs outshined the Mavs winning it all.

With three minutes and fifty-seven seconds remaining a foul was called on Reggie Bullock as he pushed off Draymond Green who set a screen on him for Stephen Curry to get a wide look. Probably it was Reggie Bullock’s efforts to get Draymond Green out and ejected but the refs didn’t do that as Bullock’s planned work and DG was up and talking trash while trying to initiate a fight. Thanks to the ref who got in and separated them but many criticize them for not throwing out Draymond Green. Many also believe they didn’t because he wasn’t at fault and Reggie was the one who initiated the contact and had him down on the floor.
