This downfall of Klay Thompson has shocked a lot of fans and teammates. From being dubbed “Splash Brothers” alongside, arguably one of the best shooters in NBA history Stephen Curry, to hardly finding any rhythm, it has been a disaster for him. Even his stats speak for themselves, which doesn’t resonate with the player he was a few years ago.

And that frustration and disappointment was seen recently in their win against the Brooklyn Nets. During their 109-99 win, Steve Kerr went with a different closing lineup, benching Klay Thomspon for Gui Santos in the lineup. Klay Thompson wasn’t the happiest after the game, as he later took to the postgame interview.
