The Milwaukee Bucks shared a video (via Instagram) of him chasing Serge Ibaka and forcing him to wear his Nike Shoes. Giannis contributes significantly to the positive atmosphere in the Bucks’ locker room by keeping things upbeat and enjoyable. However, athletes are contracted to various sports organizations for sponsorships therefore his most recent antics with Serge Ibaka could not have been well received. Ibaka in the viral video says, “This is business, man. This is my business, man.”
Ibaka is under contract with Adidas, so it seems sensible that he would object to wearing the footwear. However, Giannis Antetokounmpo is hard to reject because he is too huge and too lovable. Although it may not have been the result the Pistons wanted, they now have a chance to settle the scores.
