After a tiring 2021-22 season, Draymond Green and LeBron James are looking to spend a gala time together. The duo was spotted partying and enjoying every moment together in Canada. The duo was recently spotted in Toronto living it up and dancing to Jimmy Cooks by Drake and 21 Savage. Moreover, Green was regularly seen praising his counterpart for his accomplishments and talent.
The NBA offseason is generally the time for some of the world’s best athletes to give their bodies a well-earned rest, but 2022 summer is hotter than ever with many current link-up rumors and even some unexpected vacation buddies.

The offseason period is for resting and enjoying some family time for the NBA Stars. But the meaning and usage of this leisure period are also changed since players and front offices are using them to lure their targeted stars to their respective franchises. Draymond’s recent change of heart toward LeBron James might be a sign of the Warriors’ attempt to lure LBJ to the Bay Area.
LeBron had a bad 2022 season, and his team has not got any major upgrade to make things better in any upcoming season. On the other-hand Draymond Green has been enjoying the offseason after securing his fourth NBA championship with the Warriors this season. The most recent championship seemed to mean a little extra to the Warriors’ core as they have been elevated to NBA immortality.
With two megastars, nearing their dawning years, it would be great if they could join forces right now to help each other win some more silverware. LeBron James is eligible for his extension just like Green is also set for a contract extension. The time would be perfect for them to make move to either franchise.
There is still a great deal of uncertainty surrounding the Lakers, but that rightfully is not holding back LeBron James this offseason. The 37-year-old averaged 30.3 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 6.2 assists last season. the 18-time All-Star was in the mix for the award again this season but did not qualify due to not playing enough games.
On the flip side, former defensive player of the season Draymond recently made news for reportedly desiring a max contract. If he doesn’t get what he seeks, he might be on a move, and closeness with LBJ might help him in the future too.
It was great to see the 4-time champions having a great time in their offseason. The two have seemingly developed a strong relationship off the court. They now are seen vacationing together as well as some business ventures. The grind of the NBA season is set to return soon, but for now, the two are rightfully enjoying themselves.
