In his prime, Gilbert Arenas, known as “Agent Zero,” was a certified bucket. He dominated games and could score 50 points on any given night. One memorable occasion was December 17, 2006, when he dropped 60 points on the Kobe Bryant-led Los Angeles Lakers, leading the Washington Wizards to victory.

During a recent interview on VladTV, Arenas fondly recalled his reaction to that high-scoring night, where he achieved 60 points on an impressive 53 percent shooting. He expressed how elated he was in the locker room, celebrating his accomplishment against Kobe.

Although his coach mentioned the team’s victory, Arenas was more focused on savoring his personal achievement, as he humorously exclaimed, “I walk into the locker room late and I was like, ‘Yo! I just f***** scored 60 bro. 60 on f****** Kobe Bryant.’ Coach says, ‘And we won the game.’ ‘Man f*** the game, you know how much p***y I’m going to get now?!”

Before turning 26, Gilbert Arenas was already a three-time All-Star and a three-time member of the All-NBA team. Unfortunately, his promising career was derailed by a disastrous injury. In a recent interview on the “I AM ATHLETE” podcast, Arenas boldly claimed that when he was 25 years old, he was better than a 25-year-old Stephen Curry.

“If you stop me at 25, Steph (Curry) ain’t f–king with me,” Arenas said. “You got to stop him at 25, there’s no three championships, there’s only a one-time All-Star. I’m a three-time All-Star, three-time All-NBA player by the age of 25. So, there’s not a lot of us at that age.”

Arenas’ claim carries weight, considering that at the age of 25, Steph Curry was just beginning to emerge as a star. He had not yet won an MVP or a championship in 2014 and had similar stats to Arenas. However, Gilbert had already made more All-Star and All-NBA appearances than Steph Curry at that point.
