“I’ll lure KD” James Harden must utilize his trade expertise to lure Kevin Durant to Sixers
James Harden and Kevin Durant
Kevin Durant and James Harden are back in the NBA headlines as reports claim the Beard to be the mastermind behind KD’s trade request. KD requested a trade to the Brooklyn Nets more than a month ago. But the situation has paced up in recent days. As last weekend Kevin Durant met with Nets’ owner Joe Tsai and in a face-to-face meeting in London discussed his future with the organization and the trade he has requested. He basically asked the organization to choose between him or the pair of Head Coach Steve Nash and General Manager Sean Marks. A decision is yet to be made but him joining James Harden and Joel Embiid can be a possibility now as reports claim.
There is no doubt about the fact that James Harden can make one of the best General Managers in the league as he has that brain since he always ends up on the fortunate ends and gets what he wants. So him recruiting Kevin Durant to the Philadelphia 76ers is always possible. For a while it seemed like the bridge between Kevin Durant and Harden is completely burnt but recently a video of them hanging out together in London during a Travis Scott concert went viral. And they looked like best friends enjoying their time out there. That’s also the very same time when KD broke the NBA world by giving an ultimatum to Joe Tsai.

Is James Harden recruiting Kevin Durant to Sixers?
According to a very famous sportswriter, Frank Isola a reunion of James Harden and Kevin Durant at the Philadelphia 76ers can be expected. As in a recent tweet of his, he wrote: “It’s hard to follow at times but yes Kevin Durant would like to play with James Harden, who was in London with Durant around the time Durant met with Nets ownership. (Maybe Harden, an expert at forcing trades, is serving as an advisor.)”
James Harden may be good at forcing trades out but he’s forgetting that the Brooklyn Nets will try to acquire every last asset the Sixers have if the trade works out. And the Sixers don’t really have much to offer as they want to be a win-now team which they’ll be with KD too but then a lot of future and important pieces would be gone. They’ll still be a win now team with a big three of James Harden, Kevin Durant and Joel Embiid but the Nets will surely ask for Embiid in the exchange and they already got Ben Simmons. So running this trade isn’t really that easy. But the pieces of advice are working as a decision is yet to be made and so far the teams in contention for KD are the Celtics, Miami, Kings and probably every other team as everyone wants a generational talent like him on their roster.
