“Bro got back in blood” Jaylen Brown makes fans go wild after posterising Donovan Mitchell in OT

Jaylen Brown and Donovan Mitchell

Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown was on fire when his team clashed against the Cleveland Cavaliers. It was one cracker of a game that went down to the wire. Jaylen gave the Cleveland star, Donovan Mitchell a taste of his strength, but it wasn’t enough to take his team to a win.

The game was evenly poised as the Cleveland team led by 2pts as the match had entered overtime with 3 mins still left on the clock. The ball was with Donovan Mitchell near the half-court. He then tried to pass the ball to his teammate, whom Jaylen Brown defended. Jaylen quickly moved towards the ball, stealing it and sprinting towards the basket. But seeing Donovan get to him, Jaylen passed the ball to Marcus Smart.

Cavaliers’ LeVert and Donovan Mitchell each scored 41 points as they helped their team thump the Boston Celtics 132-123 in overtime to pocket a win. Cleveland trailed by 15 pts in the first half and overcame it to earn its fourth straight win. The last time the Cavs had multiple 40-point scorers was in Game 5 of the 2016 NBA Finals when LeBron James and Kyrie Irving played together and successfully added 41 apiece.

The Cavaliers remain without their All-Star guard Darius Garland, who continues to recover from his left eye laceration, which he suffered in their season opener. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown led Boston with 32 points apiece. The Celtics shot brilliantly against what is said to be the NBA’s second-ranked defense but also ended up with 19 turnovers.

The Cavs are a strong team so are the Celtics. Both are considered as favorites to pass through to the NBA finals. Cleveland will next host New York Knicks at home while the Celtics play against the Washington Wizards at TD Garden.
