“Unavailable so often”, Jeff Van Gundy brutally dismiss Anthony Davis as future HOF

Anthony Davis

Jeff Van Gundy hit hard with another bold take on Anthony Davis. We all know how much AD has been missing the action on the court with his injuries over the years but despite all of that he is trying his best now. No one can deny his contribution to the Lakers and but Jeff has something else to say about him.

Jeff fired shots on one of the star players of the Los Angeles Lakers saying, “I’m not sure because of the injuries, He’s just…been unavailable so often. I think it’s hard to say that.” He pointed out that injuries keep coming across throughout his games making him more of a burden for the team. Also that he doesn’t qualifies for a spot in the future hall of fame there is no denying to the effort AD has put forward for the Lakers but his injuries have been a constant drawback for him.

“Every season he comes in, he will get injured,” said by Kendrick Perkins indicating how injury prone AD has been. With 27 points averaging this season, which is considering his status needs to worked upon more by him but it’s been an issue in the long run of injuries with him. Affecting his performance over the years and most probably the reason behind the brutal comment of Jeff Van Gundy.

There are many people out there who are just going on and on about how AD is no better to the team and it’s time for him to hang his shoes now. It will seem true to anyone who will look to the recent years of Anthony Davis which are for sure going in such a direction that is not looking good for him. Unable to keep up with the King, LeBron James due to his injuries. He has been the hot topic for many sports commentators from Shaq to Perkins all of them pointing out the obvious.

He often advised to look for a better physiotherapist AD continues to stick with his previous doctor, which so far has not been good for him. We know that he has still got it but he will have to show it to everyone by coming back on the court and not being called out as injury machine to himself by others. AD still got a lot to give to the game and hopefully he will show it.
