Boston was in a mood of celebration, but Miami Heat spoilt their party as Jimmy Butler torched the Celtics Defense, and go down to a showdown Game 7. The Miami Heat aren’t done just yet, as we head to a do-or-die Game 7 on Sunday night in South Beach. Shannon Sharpe was all praises for Jimmy Butler, who led the top-seeded team in the Eastern Conference to a crucial 111-103 victory in Game 6 at TD Garden to extend this series and keep their title hopes alive. Butler scored 47 points – a career playoff high and one of the best performances by a player facing elimination in NBA history .
Butler was fantastic for Miami when they needed him to be the most as he finished the win with a game-high 47 points to go along with 9 rebounds, 8 assists, 4steals and 4 three-pointers. Butler also had Kyle Lowry put in a huge supporting performance in one of his best games of the postseason finishing with 18 points, 10 assists before ultimately fouling out.
Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown did all they could to steer the Celtics to their first Finals berth since 2010 , it wasn’t enough even though the two combined for 50 points, 15 rebounds and 9 assists while shooting a combined 15/25 from the field. Not only that, Miami heat has gone onto establish their dominance, with the betting odds and momentum shifting in their favor ahead of Game 7. Quite unimaginable scenes in Boston as Celtics fans also gave out the saddest ever cheer to their team.

LeBron James went berserk the next game, as he put together his famous “Game 6” performance, finishing with 45 points, 15 rebounds and five assists to crush the Celtics’ dreams.
