Scoring a game-high 29 points, he marked the third instance in eight games where he led the Golden State Warriors in scoring. Notably, his scintillating second-quarter display injected enough life into the Warriors, propelling them to the finish line. Furthermore, he concluded the game with an additional 6 rebounds and 4 assists.

Over the last 8 games with the Dubs, Kuminga has maintained an impressive average of 25.6 points per game, shooting at an outstanding percentage of 65.5%. Steve Kerr, his coach, addressed his remarkable performance after the most recent game, stating:
