The Golden State Warriors once again demonstrated their dominance on their home court by defeating the top NBA team, the Milwaukee Bucks, in a thrilling 125-116 overtime victory. After suffering three consecutive losses on the road, the Warriors bounced back strongly, with Stephen Curry leading the charge.
Curry displayed no signs of rust in his first home game back after being sidelined for almost a month. Although he encountered difficulties in the first three quarters, managing only 14 points, he erupted for 22 points in the fourth quarter and overtime, securing the win for the Warriors. His remarkable performance comprised 36 points, six rebounds, four assists, two steals, and a block.
Curry was visibly exhausted after the game despite his heroics on the court. When asked about it, he jokingly replied, “I’m getting old, man.” But his teammates and fans alike know that Curry’s age has nothing to do with his incredible talent and determination.
With Curry back in action, the Warriors look poised to continue their dominance on their home court. But they must find a way to translate that success to the road if they hope to make a deep playoff run.
