“You have no impact on anything” Kevin Durant ends all claims of beef with Kyrie Irving after defending him in front of millions
Olden Polynice and Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant
The age-old NBA player Olden Polynice recently made it to the news when recently he made a few comments about Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving and his relation with Nets head coach Steve Nash. But another Brooklyn Nets star, his teammate, and best of friends, Kevin Durant, did not seem to have taken these comments well. Olden was a 1990s NBA player and played for the Sacramento Kings, Los Angeles Clippers, Utah Jazz, etc.
Olden quoted, “One of the reasons why there’s issues between he and Kyrie Irving is because of a statement he made during a party at Steve Nash’s house. Okay, in front of everybody, Kyrie said, ‘You need to give those MVP trophies back to Kobe. You didn’t deserve them.” He passed a comment on this during a recent appearance on the podcast “The Odd Couple.”
The narrative Olden picked up from a two-month-old tweet of a satire account, “Ballsack Sport.” Kevin Durant fired back at him, responding to it, “There was no truth in what you said. U have no impact on anything Olden. Enjoy retirement lol.” Olden then got back at Kevin, saying, “Lol, if that’s a generational lie then we are all in trouble. People may not like the truth but it’s always coming.. like PJ Tucker said “I Love you”.. You are still one of the best ever. Glad to know I still have a little impact out there.. KD responded to me.. F yeah !!!”
Is all good between Kyrie Irving and Brooklyn Nets?
The Brooklyn Nets have decided to continue with their golden duo, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant. After Kevin Durant’s trade saga just ended, there are rumors that Kyrie Irving is having problems with the Nets management. Yet no knowledge has been confirmed regarding the same.
While replying to Olden, Kevin stated that all is good between Kyrie and the Nets’ management and that people are only spreading rumors. Whether this news has truth or not, time will only tell what is up with the Brooklyn Nets team when the 2022-2023 seasons begin.
