Klay Thompson endured his best performance in Game 3 at TD Garden wherein he scored 25 points, but the splash brother was not in the right mood after Boston Celtics’ fans insulted his teammate. Interestingly, not one or two or a handful of bunches but thousands of home fans chanted ‘F**k You Draymond’ whilst the former DPOY was fouled out of the latest game.

Thompson went onto lash out on the Boston fans as Draymond Green’s son was there to witness his dad getting insulted in such a humiliating manner. This surely made the 32-year-old Warriors veteran frustrated over the crowd reaction upon his teammate. Although Draymond is known to be playing aggressively with the Celtics players, yet Klay feels that it doesn’t give the right to anybody to insult him in such demeaning manner.

Klay Thompson lashes out on Boston Celtics fans 

“We’ve played in front of rude people before,” Klay Thompson said in the post-Game 3 interview. “Dropping F-bombs with children in the crowd. Real classy. Good job, Boston.” 

On the contrary Draymond Green himself didn’t seem to have an issue with it, he told media members he expected it. In fact, he himself dropped a cuss word in his presser while his son sat next to him.

However, it only goes onto show the frustration Green has developed with Boston fans and it is surely going to increase and be ever so evident throughout the 48 minutes of on-court action.

Moreover, not only Klay Thompson and Steve Kerr, but even Draymond Green’s wife went onto reveal her anger with the fans who cussed her husband rigorously. Given that the former DPOY had more fouls than points, rebounds and assists, he needs to pull up his socks, in order to respond to the home fans in Game 4 with full venom. Will the slander from thousands of fans inside the TD Garden increase? Or will Draymond and Warriors register an emphatic road victory against all odds? Remains to be seen.
