Kyle Kuzma takes a savage dig at LA Lakers in a viral IG spectacle

Kyle Kuzma

Kyle Kuzma was among the most promising prospects that the iconic Los Angeles Lakers-franchise selected in a draft. Kuzma immediately rose to popularity in Hollywood among the local fanatics after making a splendid mark during his rookie season. He along with Brandon Ingram were considered the future of Purple and Gold before they were traded to different teams. Since joining Washington Wizards, Kuzma has been playing perhaps the best basketball of his life.

Kuzma’s role on the team changed over time once LeBron James joined the Lakers, but the young player was prepared for everything his team required. Kyle made significant sacrifices in order to play his part in the team’s success. Finally, it paid off as he turned into a crucial role player throughout the team’s championship run.

Kazma will always be a Lakers’ sweetheart but yesterday what he did might not sit well with the Lakers faithful. Dennis Schroder, posting before the first game of the season captioned his post, “Today is my first Game of the season. Excited let’s gooo.”

Kuzma took a jab did not hold back and savagely replied, “Save the season.” Although Kuzma was having fun by trolling his former teammate, Lakers fans might not take it positively.

Dennis Schroder and Thomas Bryant have returned to the Lakers lineup against the Detroit Pistons. Although both the players had little impact on the game it certainly is good news for the locker room. In absence of Russell Westbrook and LeBron James on the floor, Schroder can provide an alternate guard option for the team. Bryant can be a useful big man on the floor and is well capable of hitting mid-range shots.

Kyle Kuzma says playing with LeBron James adds more drama in LA

Though Los Angeles Lakers have won the last two of their consecutive games, they are certainly not where they wanted to be this deep into the season. Kyle has played the last two seasons with the Washington Wizards and has been one of the primary offensive arsenals for the team. He has been averaging 18.5 points this season for the team.

When NBA analyst Zach Lowe asked Kuzma if he watches Lakers games, he said, “I watch basketball a lot, especially last year because it was my first year getting traded. I probably watched every Laker game. I haven’t really watched too much this year; I might have seen a couple. But things are definitely drastically different over there, for sure.

Kyle also addressed the media noise surrounding the L.A. Lakers. “It’s got a lot going on. When you’re playing in a big market, you’re playing in L.A., you’re always going to have a lot of drama. You’re playing with one of the all-time greats as LeBron, it’s gonna add even more drama,” Kuzma said. “You have to fight through it. You have to be strong-minded.”
