Anthony Davis, the Lakers’ center remains questionable as he is suffering from a back injury that he endured against the Nuggets. On the bright side, it appears that the Lakers may have discovered something by using Westbrook as a sixth man.
As for Davis, it is nothing new for the 29-year-old star who missed most of the previous season due to his injuries. An Unnamed NBA executive speaking on the matter said, “I don’t like what I’ve seen from AD, that back doesn’t look healthy,” according to Bleacher Report. He dropped an alarming truth bomb regarding his back which is obviously still ailing him. During the Lakers post-game interview he said, “Gotta keep doing what I’m doing. The back was killing me tonight but I’m just trying to do all that I can do to help the team get a win. If it means fighting through it, then I’ll fight through it. Got two days in between games to get it right for New Orleans on Wednesday, so I’m gonna make sure I do all I can.”
