The last time he suited up for the Drew League was in 2011 when the NBA was shut down due to a lockout. So after a decade, LeBron James was back and putting on a show for his fans who lined up for hours just to see him hoop. He played alongside DeMar DeRozan for the MMV cheaters. In the game, he not only showcased his basketball greats but also hinted to the crowd towards his loyalty by not forgetting Nike.
LeBron James signed with Nike even before his career in the league started and now even has a lifetime deal with the company. So it’s clear that he’s sticking with them throughout and that was the best decision he has ever made. Today, LeBron James is a billionaire and Nike plays an important role in it. So it’s of no doubt that he won’t entertain endorsing Adidas on his jersey that too right above his chest. So even before suiting up for the game, he got that particular spot taped up and the logo was covered. But that didn’t hold him back from dominating as he won 104-102 against the Black Pearl Elite by dropping 42 points, 16 rebounds and 4 steals.
