LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers recorded a big win against the Phoenix Suns by a score of 122-119. LeBron James made a decisive pass to Cam Reddish for a three-point shot. After the game, in an interview, James hit back at those who questioned his decision after the loss to the Miami Heat

The decision in question was during the game against the Heats, in which James was criticized for failing to shoot under pressure from Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Butler. Instead, choosing to pass to Reddish, who missed the shot, which could have potentially secured the win for the Lakers.

LeBron James, at the end of the Spurs game, had 32 points and 11 rebounds for the Lakers, while Reddish came up with 17 points and three rebounds. King James said:

To all the naysayers and basketball savants who know nothing about basketball and telling me I should have shot that shot in Miami instead of passing to Cam Reddish, well I did the same thing tonight because I trust my teammates. I make the right play every single time. And the game ball goes to Cam Reddish for sure.

The Lakers, James, and Reddish were more clinical than the Miami Heat game. Cam Reddish made 5 of 8 attempted 3-point shots to help the Lakers come from behind to defeat the Suns. Next for the Lakers is a visit by the Portland Trail Blazers.

LeBron James: First NBA player to achieve 5000 turnovers

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James, the NBA all-time scorer, made an unprecedented record as he became the first player to clock 5000 turnovers. He was already leading in the turnover charts but hit the milestone during the victory over the Phoenix Suns.

While turnovers aren’t ideal, they’re common for players handling the ball extensively over many years. James surpassed Karl Malone‘s 2021 record of 4,525 turnovers, setting a new mark that future players might find tough to match.

He tops a list that includes other great players like Magic Johnson, Russel Westbrook, and the late Kobe Bryant.
