Athletes of this generation have also used their platform to help alleviate society from its treacherous plight.

LeBron James reacts to the trailer of the upcoming Black Panther sequel

Marvel Studios have released several of 15 top grossing movie of all-time. Among these movies was Black Panther that was directed toward the empowerment of the black community itself. The movie starred Academy Award and Emmy nominee Chadwick Boseman who played the lead role of King T’challa AKA the Black Panther superhero. The movie was an instant hit and brought Boseman to a higher platform in his career as an actor.

Unfortunately, he passed August 28th, 2020 from Correctal Cancer. This completely shocked the world since he was an impactful figure in society. Boseman happened to be a very close associate with the NBA. Last night, Marvel dropped a trailer for the sequal of Black Panther which brought happiness to many, including LeBron James who retweeted the trailer saying,”WOW!!!!!! FOREVER.”
