Max Strus and Marcus Smart
Marcus Smart after missing Game 1 of the eastern conference finals due to a right foot injury against the Miami Heat was back to upset them in Game 2. His and Al Horford’s absence in Game 1 made the road easy for the Heat as they dominated their way to win it. But now the series is tied at 1-1 as the Boston Celtics bounced back with the DPOY being back in the business as a game-changer. Marcus Smart really showcased his heroics on both the ends out there he didn’t only play the best defense but also ran the offensive end for the Celtics as he is their primary ball-handler. He was also the primary defender on Jimmy Butler and was successful in slowing him down which eventually shut downed the offensive rally of the Miami Heat.
The Boston Celtics were hosted by Miami Heat at FTX Arena for Game 2 of the eastern conference finals. It was a very important game for both the teams as the Heat wanted to clinch both the home games and the Celtics wanted to even it and that’s what they did with Marcus Smart running from coast to coast and getting the job done.
