Mark Cuban is possibly one of the biggest owners in the NBA at the moment. And props to his incredible front office management, the Dallas Mavericks are having one of their best starts yet. The Mavs are currently headed in a direction destined for success and the business mogul is slowly getting his empire back at the top.

Recently, Mark Cuban had a massive suggestion for his fellow entrepreneur Elon Musk, who recently bought Twitter. The Mavericks owner tweeted, “You might consider proactively offering you $8 verification program for free to those you been the most accurate Notes contributors. Won’t be easy to confirm accuracy. But if AI can try to model out bias, maybe it can model in accuracy?”

This was directed at Elon after he tweeted out his desire of making Twitter the most information-accurate source around. Musk referred to Community Notes (formerly known as birdwatch) as being able to recognize any sort of misleading information on Twitter and warn users before they view it.

Mark Cuban in response suggested that Elon gave free verification marks (blue checkmarks) to users who have the most accurate information on Twitter. Musk has planned on charging $8 as a subscription to users who wish to have a checkmark with a few added benefits, according to Yahoo! Mark Cuban, was simply given a reply, “$8 for all,” by Musk. The Mavs owner retweeted saying, “Your business, Your decision.”

Elon Musk recently acquired Twitter for $44 Billion towards the end of last month. According to Elon, his biggest goal in acquiring the platform was to “save humanity.” However, within the first few days of his ownership, the was a large spike in the number of racial slurs used on Twitter. As reported by CBS News, the number of hate-speech tweets erupted to 4.7 times the usual per hour.

The platform is most certainly being worked on. But Musk’s utterly savage reply to Mark Cuban caught the eye of Twitter users all over the world. Here are a couple of reactions.
