Michael Jordan loved having authority over a situation be it on the court or away from his job. This happens to be one of the biggest reasons why he was able to achieve as much as he could while having teammates who allowed him to dictate the workflow. But this attribute sometimes affected the ones around him and their relationship with the GOAT.
The Chicago Bulls legend’s eldest son, Marcus Jordan sat with the Trophy Room to explain certain instances from his childhood and what it was like growing up with a world-renowned father. Towards the latter half of the video, Marcus recalled how he would often have famous individuals over at his house. One of them happened to be Dennis Rodman who attend a birthday party of his.
Marcus claimed that his father’s authority-hungry nature ruined his birthday that year. “Rodman came through one time for my birthday, and he gave me hair dye. And my parents actually they took it from me, they wouldn’t let me have it. And I was so upset about that. I might actually have to talk to Rodman that, I need that again,” he said.
Rodman generally never had a perfect reputation among his friends and family. He was more of a wild child. And this may have been why Michael Jordan and his wife at that time, took away Marcus’ birthday present. The GOAT could be seen as someone who valued some old-school ideologies which would not have been on the same wavelength as Rodman’s.

Michael Jordan gets his relationship shattered with former NBA teammates
As we all know, MJ has been in a feud with his former partner in crime Scottie Pippen. This conspired after the latter accused Michael Jordan of discrediting the amount of work his teammates put into winning a title in 1997. Several other teammates besides the Worm have criticized the legend on this very same issue.
What makes this problem much worse is that Marcus Jordan is currently snuggling up with Scottie’s ex-wife Larsa Pippen. Scottie may possibly be over his former teammate completely including his ex-wife. The alleged couple has not gone public about their relationship yet but has been seen getting comfortable around each other in public. But this could further intensify Pippen’s hate for MJ.
