Kevin Durant have been known for his active presence on Twitter firing back at all of his haters. Among those haters is Charles Barkley. The former NBA Superstar and Hall of Famer has often bashed KD for the decisions he has made. Earlier this year, Chuck criticised Durant and called him a “bus driver,” this is what Chuck said…

“Kobe Bryant said, ‘I had to win a championship without Shaq.’ LeBron James said, ‘I had to win a championship without [Dwayne] Wade and Chris Bosh. That’s the way this thing works. Before KD gets that great respect from all the old heads, he’s going to have to win a championship as the bus driver. Listen, he joined that team that already won a championship, no disrespect, that’s just a fact. … KD’s an all-time hell of a player, but until he is the guy on a championship, we’re not going to ever give him the respect that he probably deserves.”

Kevin Durant never felt to need to stay quiet and fired back as well via Twitter. Recently, Barkley went to extra mile to prove his slander on KD, right. He said,All the old guys, he gets mad we say it, but he piggybacked on the Warriors to win his first two championships, But if you go back and look at his career, as the best player and being the leader that all goes with that, he’s been an abject failure. Every time he’s had to be the leader and best player, he has not had success. That’s what us old guys think about him.”

These comments were severely hurtful towards KD and completely disregards the tremendous work and success he has had in the league. Rob Guerra of Fox Sports felt that Charles and Shaquille O’Neal too have both taken it really far. “It seems like he’s become America’s favorite punching bag. And it’s unfair to me…Charles Barkley, specifically and Shaq, maybe to a lesser extent, it feels it’s personal to them, like they have something personal that they don’t like about Kevin Durant.”

Kevin’s run in with Shaq was not as bad at how Chuck has been attacking him. The argument between the two we based on salary and net worth which could be taken as classic trash talk. Barkley’s words have seemed almost hateful is some ways which further makes it seems personal.
