Russell Westbrook has officially frustrated the Los Angeles Lakers‘ biggest fan. It seems as though Laker nation is more than ready to turn their backs against the 9x All-Star just so they can enjoy winning competitive basketball without the drama.
NBA Analsyt and Lakers superfan Shannon Sharpe claims that he wants out of Brodie’s era with the franchise. “I think I speak for a lot of Laker Nation fans. They ready to be done with Russ. Russ doesn’t wanna be a Laker, and the Lakers doesn’t want him. They done with Russ. I think Russ is done with them also.”
“I’ve never seen somebody wave off a huddle. They made a mistake. The Lakers made a mistake, Russ made a mistake in wanting to come to the Lakers. This is not gonna work.” He continued, “As long as he’s on the team, the Lakers are not going to win a championship or really compete for a championship. I’m over this situation.”

Russell Westbrook has had his highest highs in the NBA already and even though he wishes to workout a successful season with the Lakers, it does not seem to be going according to plan. LA went 1-5 in the preseason games beating the defending champions alone.
Brodie replied all the criticism being directed at him for separating himself during team huddles claiming it has been an age long tradition that he followed. “Yeah, it’s really weird man. Pre-game. I’ve been doing the same ritual since I’ve been in the league. I’m sure you guys can attest to that.”
“That’s why the other video, I was actually talking to the coaches about a missed coverage. I don’t pay no mind to it man, honestly I’m just trying to compete and do my job. You can cut any video and make anything you want out of that.”
