“The Warriors locker room will never be the same” – Shannon Sharpe speculates Jordan Poole insulting Draymond Green’s family for altercation

Shannon Sharpe believes that the situation with Draymond Green – Jordan Poole will truly scar the Golden State Warriors locker room for the rest of the season until and unless drastic decisions are taken.
It is prevalent for two players to clash with each other in training and sometimes even on the court in the NBA. However, the Draymond Green – Jordan Poole drama is something like we’ve never seen before in the NBA and especially in the Warriors’ locker room.
You would have never guessed by just hearing the story about a senior player of a team knocking out a youngster of the team that they were coming off a title-winning season. Shannon Sharpe on the Undisputed show believes there must be something deeper than just an ego clash between Poole and Draymond for the veteran to throw a punch like that.
“Unless this man [Poole] talked about Draymond’s wife, he said something about Draymond’s kids or he said something about Draymond’s mom. That’s the only reason to justify Draymond firing on this man. Other than that every other thing you are trying to tell me is unacceptable,” said Sharpe on the UNDISPUTED show.

Sharpe believes even if Poole had made vile comments about Green’s career coming to an end and boasted the numbers he was making compared to the veteran, the four-time championship-winning Warriors player punching the player was unacceptable. Sharpe also praised Kevin Durant for coming out and dropping the truth bomb.

Former Warriors star, Kevin Durant is no stranger to controversies. There is no better person in the world to give us an insight into the Green – Poole issue than the 7-foot superstar himself. KD, himself has been a part of the organization and had an altercation with Green.
“It’s rare. I’ve been in the league for 16 years, and I’ve never seen that until the other day on camera. You hear about it with MJ and you hear about it with Bobby Portis, but there’s that’s happening every year,” said Durant to ESPN.

“I think the best thing about the Warriors is their mantra’s been ‘strength in numbers’ the whole time. And it’s always been a collaborative effort with everybody there,” added KD. According to the 32-year-old, Stephen Curry won’t be alone in dealing with the saga rather he will have Steve Kerr, Bob Myers, Andre Iguodala, and others who will help bring things back to normal in the Warriors dressing room.
