Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley – two best friends who have only gone onto showcase their friendship in the most surreal manner have once again taken center stage. With NBA on TNT taking charge to kick-start the festivity of Western Conference Finals, Shaquille O’Neal and Chuck got onto a heated argument, wherein both can be seen raising their voice over the other.
As usual both these Hall of Famers had opposing views, Shaquille O’Neal expressed how Jimmy Butler’s offensive prowess is going to continue in the Celtics vs Heat Eastern Conference Final series. On the other hand, Chuck emphasized how Marcus Smart, who is the reigning defensive player of the year, enough to step Butler once he returns on the floor.
What was opinionated by Shaquille O’Neal?
Shaq did not agree with Barkley’s statement, and it resulted in an intense argument between the pair. You could barely understand what they were saying as both men continuously spoke over each other. What is clear is that Shaq doesn’t believe that Marcus Smart is capable of preventing another offensive explosion from Heat talisman Jimmy Butler. As usual, Barkley had an opposite view.
The contrasting view set of both these Big Men are going to be settles as Smart return for Game 2 for Boston Celtics. With the showdown being held in Miami, Butler too is bound to get heaps of chants provoking him to attack the opposition’s defensive unit. Given that Butler seems to be in the form of his life, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown too have to rise up to answer their critics.
While Shaquille O’Neal and Chuck are not going to stop yelling or dissing one other. But how among their picks are going to take center stage as we look forward to the Celtics vs Heat Game 2 showdown. Will the C’s fall behind by 2 games, or will they once again bounce back to draw level? Remains to be seen as all speculations will be answered on Thursday itself.
