It was yet another disappointing defeat at home for the Golden State Warriors, and questions were raised about the squad, especially about Stephen Curry and his fatigue entering the 2nd half of the season. With a disappointing 119-103 defeat at the hands of an in-form Denver Nuggets side, it sure was a lackluster performance from the Bayside, and Steve Kerr from his side was confident enough to state that Curry has been feeling fatigued for the last few games.
After their loss, Steve Kerr took to the post-game interview, pointing out how the last 3 of the 4 games, Stephen Curry hasn’t found his shooting rhythm. And with a tight schedule and possibly feeling fatigued, Kerr has suggested that they might find a night for him to rest. But Stephen Curry from his end was quick to dismiss any signs of weariness.

While he hasn’t been at his best for the past few games, there was still a glimmer of hope, scoring 20 points in their defeat against the Denver Nuggets.
With more and more important games coming up and a fight for the playoffs, things are looking sketchy for the Warriors. And given how Steve Kerr had dismissed the idea of bringing any new players in the last trade, many would look at the decision and question on regards it. But either way, they have found themselves in a very complex situation – a situation which may take some serious and fast actions.
Warriors lose at home to a dominating Nuggets
It has been a horrendous result for the Golden State Warriors and Steph Curry, who saw the visiting side take the precious win in what was pure dominance from the away team. As for their record speaking against them, it has been a shambles of results every time they have met each other.
In the last 9 games, the Warriors have managed to win only 1 game, with the rest going as a win against the Nuggets; and the latest result just adds to their terrible form against them. It was the matchup between the two superstars Stephen Curry and Nikola Jokic, and it was the latter who came out victorious in what was another brilliant performance from the Serbian.
With 32 points, 16 assists, and 16 rebounds the Center gets yet another triple-double of his season, making it 123 in his career as he edges closer and closer to winning that MVP award. In the hopes for the playoffs, that dream is slowly fading away and it’s a mountain for the Golden State Warriors and Steve Kerr to climb to reach where they want to be.
