ESPN’s sports analyst Stephen A. Smith has decided to clap back tomorrow on Twitter rants by the Brooklyn Nets superstar Kyrie Irving where he claimed that the media earns billions by just criticizing him on the national television.
The Nets’ journey of the postseason was ended this week by the Celtics when they swept them in the 4-0 series of round one. After this loss, it was obvious that the media will go behind the star players like Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant because they were the most talented players on the squad and still failed to pull the team for deep playoffs. But it seems our Uncle Drew who already hates media doesn’t like the way it works and showed this disagreement through tweets on Twitter.
“When I see my name or my brothers/sisters names getting spun through the media, I refer to all my research about who they are. Their job is to CONTROL PUBLIC PERCEPTION, all while profiting off discussing, discrediting, and disrespecting people’s lives for entertainment,” Kyrie Irving tweeted. “I send shots at the puppet masters, not the puppets. All puppets do is run around society, trying to gain popularity and state opinions. What a life! My name is worth billions to these media corporations. My brothers and sisters who deal with this know exactly what I mean.”
“Just Watch all of the people who wake up everyday and report about people’s lives on TV and social media, and then profit off of them. Then they justify their jobs by saying they get paid to say how they feel… Lol, it’s like these people live in a Fantasy,” Irving wrote on Twitter.

ESPN’s Analyst Stephen A. Smith has an ominous warning for Nets superstar guard Kyrie Irving
In those tweets, Kyrie Irving was trying to explain that just because of unnecessary media attention he and his family are facing a lot of difficulties but analyst Stephen A. Smith took those tweets personally, and in the recent episode of First Take he has warned the NBA champions to watch the next episode of the show where he will expose him and his family.
Smith said, “Let me look into the audience and say this. Oh, you thought I had stuff to say before. Wait until First Take tomorrow… I’m gonna marinate on what this brother had the audacity to post on social media today… ESPN executives don’t have nothing to do with this… the whole crew, they don’t have nothing to do with this… If ever the cuffs were coming off on First Take, they are coming off tomorrow.”
