On Saturday night, the Golden State Warriors and OKC Thunder engaged in a thrilling overtime match that ended with OKC handing Golden State their sixth straight defeat. In spite of Stephen Curry’s injury comeback, Thunder player Shai Gilgeous-Alexander stole the show with a 40-point, 6-rebound, and 6-assist performance. Despite Steph Curry’s injury comeback, the Dubs were unable to secure their second home victory of the regular season.

It was not Stephen’s night, but he had some chill-giving moments. Curry is renowned for being an extremely creative player who enjoys celebrating when he defeats his opponents with difficult shots. It was, however, more of a “no look shot” than a celebration. When the Warriors were leading the Thunder 57-65 early in the third quarter, Curry unleashed his trademark look-away 3-pointer, and he did it in incredible style, starring down Oklahoma City’s bench, particularly Shai.

Although Curry has been torturing opponents with the look-away 3-point shot for years, he hasn’t used it recently. Curry’s first basket of the game since last Sunday, when he suffered a right knee injury that kept him out of the last two games, came early in the third quarter, giving him three made triples and 17 points for the game.

Along with providing fans with entertainment, these moves also showcase his upbeat and engaging style of play, elevating his on-court persona above mere shooting prowess. Compared to Thursday’s game, this one looks different with Stephen Curry back. Curry led the Thunder in defensive points scored (25), rebounds (6), and assists (3).

Fans looked shocked when Stephen Curry did the No Look shot against the OKC Thunder

On Saturday night at Chase Centre, Steph Curry made his way back into the starting lineup for the Warriors against the Oklahoma City Thunder, and he wasted no time in showing the young OKC team just how good he is. His distinctive celebrations on the court further enhance the allure of his performances. Sometimes all he needs to do is stare down someone after a really good shot; no celebration is necessary.

People were in an awe-inspiring state when Curry did that no-look shot. Although it was just merely a normal Stephen Curry show we saw. Yes, the game didn’t go the way he wanted, but that shoot was enough for anyone to understand how in-form he is this season. Some fans are calling him GOAT and some called it a disrespect to the OKC Thunder. People are hyping him again. Let’s have a look at some more comments:

Gilgeous-Alexander became the first player in Thunder heritage to record at least 40 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks in a single game while shooting at least 60% from the field. He also added two steals and two blocks to his already impressive stat line. Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook are the only players who have reached that line, even if they narrowed the criteria down to just include blocks and not steals.
