Draymond Green has not particularly had the best time in this year’s title run. The Golden State Warriors heavily rely on him since he is their strongest defensive asset at the moment. But the fans at Boston gave him a very tough time in Game 3 and the player admitted that it got into his head which in turn affected his performance. One of his biggest setbacks has been the number of foul calls on him this series.
The former NBA All-Star spoke about it on his podcast saying, “Honestly, I totally out smarted myself. Coming into the game you hear all the chattering, all the noise and the noise gets closer to you. And its like, ‘Hey you can’t get into it with the refs, hey you have to be very careful you can’t go into the game like this.’” He also continued saying, “I let too much noise get into my head about all the other stuff. And so in turn I let that drag my intensity level down… I did the exact opposite of what I said I will do.”

After the crowd crossed the limits of getting into a player’s head, Hazel Renee, Draymond Green’s wife slammed them for what happened. She said, “Tough loss tonight BUT in NO WAY, shape or form should fans be allowed to chant obscenities at players! Are they not human? Is someone standing at your job saying off the wall things to you?”
“The NBA has the audacity to have a whole code of conduct card every seat about fans and their behavior and how they could be ejected from a game or banned but a whole crowd/section/numerous people get to chant F**k YOU DRAYMOND or call him a B****or MF?! And nothing? Like that’s ok?! Warriors fans would NEVER!! My kids were at the game tonight hearing that mess! Very DISGUSTING of you little Celtics fans. Just shameful!”
