Draymond Green has returned to the headlines of the sporting world, and the reason is a fight. But this time, he wasn’t knocking out a teammate during practice. Instead, he was just spectating one. Green was spotted at UFC 291 as Justin Gaethje and Dustin Poirier went against each other.
Gaethje got his revenge on Poirier at UFC 291. He finished him with a KO via head lick. He bagged the BMF Title after the win in the second round and shut down all his haters and doubters. The fight took place at Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The venue was filled with celebrities from different industries. And along with Green, Damian Lillard was also in attendance.
Green’s presence at the mixed martial arts event has brought him to the headlines. He’s already on the heated discussion table for being vocal about his strong right swing on Poole since his departure from the Golden State Warriors. The former DPOY’s punch left a significant mark on the Warriors last season. And now, his being at a UFC event has fans alarming Jonathan Kuminga.
Earlier, it was reported that Green, known for his presence and mentorship in the locker room, has no relationship with Kuminga. And, now fans believe after Poole, it can be Kuminga’s turn to get knocked out by Green as they clown him.

NBA Twitter is never disappointing when the topic is around Draymond Green. Green already has a bad name on Twitter due to his controversial actions. The Warriors, though, now would need Draymond Green to develop some solid relationship with the young core they have. They have also brought in Chris Paul to help him out. And, if they fail to do so, then the Warriors dynasty days will have a hard time sticking around and might even have to end another season disappointingly.
