“Wouldn’t sit down with Charles Barkley” – Kevin Durant SOUNDS OFF on his beef with NBA TNT analyst
Charles Barkley has been shut down by Kevin Durant yet again as the duo continue their beef into the post-season

Kevin Durant goes all in on Charles Barkley as the duo has been beefing on KD’s status as a legend in the NBA. Durant spoke before his first-round clash against the Los Angeles Clippers, saying, “We grew up as ball players and went through the journey as ball players, so I would say we’re on the same page already, but I probably wouldn’t sit down with Charles (Barkley).”
Barkley has claimed on multiple occasions that Kevin Durant needs to win a title without Stephen Curry to cement his legacy in the NBA. Durant has shut down these claims, saying he does not care about what Barkley thinks. I wouldn’t know we’re not on the same page. We may disagree on some stuff, but if you watch TNT, those guys disagree every day daily,” said KD.
Barkley was a player for the Phoenix Suns and never won an NBA title with them despite being a league MVP and making the NBA Finals. Kevin Durant is looking to lead the Phoenix Suns to their first-ever NBA title this season, which could ultimately end the beef between both the NBA legends. Durant and the Phoenix Suns tame the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 1 on April 16th.

Charles Barkley has always rooted for Kevin Durant to end up in Phoenix despite his comments
Barkley was adamant that the Phoenix Suns go all out to obtain KD from the Brooklyn Nets despite boldly asserting that Durant was nothing more than a “bus rider” during his three years with the Golden State Warriors. Chuck previously spoke on the Bill Simmons podcast, revealing how the team sought his opinion to trade Durant: I said, ‘Do they want (Devin) Booker and Chris Paul?’ They’re like, ‘No, they don’t want them.’ I say, ‘Well, give it to ’em then!’ Chris Paul, KD, and Booker? We’re good!”
Although these two NBA legends may take a loud stance in support of their viewpoints, they ultimately want to see Phoenix win the championship. After being paired with some of the top playmakers of the present, will Durant be able to accomplish so? This remains to be seen because the team of Monty Williams faces a difficult path with the Clippers in their way first up.
Although Kevin Durant’s only eight games played for the Suns this season due to two separate injuries have received much attention, the 13-time All-Star appears to have found the ideal chemistry with Booker and CP3. “Just gotta knuckle down and guard up and play strong on offence and see what happens,” said Durant ahead of their game this weekend.
