LeBron James has been named as one of the captains for the 2022 All-Star Game in Cleveland. With the Los Angeles Lakers majorly struggling in the current season, King James is the only player representing the purple and gold army in the exhibition game. However, this time a look-alike of the 37-years-old has made fans go bonkers after found practicing in a local gym.
What’s even more surprising? LeBron James look-alike had a quite similar back run, fadeaway shot. Given that, he wasn’t the same athletic beast as LeBron, his face cut made fans look at him twice, without a doubt. Safe to say, as daunting the King is for defenders in the NBA, his look-alike seemed to have the same influence at his local gym. Take a look at the video below.

LeBron James’ look-alike found practicing in local gym
In the comments section, there were some hilarious responses to the clip. One fan commented, “NAH BRON IS THAT YOU.” Another person noticed a hilarious detail, saying “He even did the Bron run back.” And while a shocked fan stated, “Boy ain’t no way boy,” there were several other surprised buffs. A large section was also shocked at how the familiar face was playing in Yeezys.
That being said, LeBron James’ return is keenly awaited by the Laker Nation. The purple and gold army have lost 4 of their 5 encounters and are slipping way behind each of their conference competitors. Having to chase Denver Nuggets for the last spot in the playoff berths, the Lakers are not struggling behind Timberwolves and Clippers and are just above Portland Trail blazers in the play-in tournament berth.
In his 19th season, at 37 years of age, James still manages to average a mammoth 29.1 points in the league. It remains to be seen how the rest of the season will unfold for the starlet. Will the Lakers marquee’s return bring any change in the fortune of Frank Vogel’s team? Remains to be seen as the hoop bonanza of 2021-22 season continues.
