“Not with the Lakers” Charles Oakley reveals Championship calibre teams where LeBron James could win another ring

LeBron James is in search of another title, but with the Lakers, it doesn’t seem to be working out this season, as the Lakers were being considered as title favorites in the off-season. Charles Oakley suggests LeBron James puts in a request to be traded in order to win a title. With LeBron sticking with the Lakers, that dream won’t be possible to possibly get the 5th ring.
There are a lot of opinions being spread in the NBA and it is not easy to come to a conclusion with so much at play and to understand the whole dynamic of each and every aspect. The easiest conclusion that anyone can come to is, LeBron, need to leave the Los Angeles Lakers if he wants another ring in his last few years in the NBA, the Los Angeles Lakers are sitting 10th in the Western Conference with New Orleans Pelicans.

Charles Oakley voices his concerns for LeBron James who is on a search for his 5th NBA title
The former NBA champion Charles Oakley is a huge fan of the Akron-born LeBron James after James dropped some spectacular 50-point performance in the league. But he is concerned about the way the Lakers are playing collectively, with them having one of the worst defenses and with such inconsistencies it is hard to see the Lakers going forward, and barely making it to the Play-in Tournament. It is somewhat ironic, that the Lakers were being lauded with such a roster with 2 former MVPs in their big 3, one has to wonder what went wrong there.
Charles Oakley in the recent episode of ‘Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay’, Charles Oakley spoke about the current situation with the Lakers, “I just feel bad for him – the situation that is going on in LA right now. And last time I seen a situation like this with a superstar was with MJ for his five-six years in the league when I come over to the Bulls. Getting 30, 8, and 8 and still losing .500 team. That ain’t him. He deserved better than that, you know”. Charles Oakley also didn’t like seeing LeBron James suffer with the Lakers.
“I don’t know what is going to happen. He might have to get out of LA. I hate those fans who hear me say that, but he needs a ring. He might have to leave to get it, and two places that he can probably get it in right now, either Phoenix or Philadelphia.”, said Charles Oakley on LeBron James’ and his options to switch teams and join a genuine title contender. LeBron James has to do it all in the Lakers, he is averaging 29.8 points, 6.2 assists, and 8.2 rebounds, some brilliant numbers being put up by LeBron. He has taken the pressure on himself to score points and change his game from a facilitator.
