LeBron James and Kyrie Irving have been one of the greatest duos to have won the championship. With a lacklustre Cleveland Cavaliers squad, both these marquee players were inspirational. However, after their fall out there were many reports being published about the two spoken about players not being on good terms and particularly Irving having demining thoughts on LeBron. Yet it is the latter who comes out to defend his former teammate.

Now, as Kyire Irving has famously denied to get vaccinated ahead of the NBA 2021-22 Season start, due to which he had to miss Brooklyn Nets’ media day as well. However the guard told the reporters virtually and even stated that a proper announcement shall be made through a proper platform.

As quoted by Heavy, Handy who has managed both LeBron James and Irving in Cleveland was asked upon the same, and he stated, “Until you actually get to know Kyrie, you’re going to get a lot of speculation. “So, I always say a lot of times athletes, in general, are just in the spotlight where you just hear sound bites or you might see this or hear this, but people don’t really know the kid. And so, until you actually get to know Kyrie, I tell people all the time that if you don’t know someone, you probably shouldn’t speak on him.”

To those who are not aware, Kyrie Irving could lose $400,000 per game with the Nets if he decides to remains unvaccinated before the start of the 2021-22 season. Having said that, it surely seems like there is going to be more drama coming towards the hoop fans as the upcoming season is just weeks away from commencing. Will Irving be left to pay a lefty fine? Remains to be seen.
