Anthony Davis has been the most criticized player in the league so far as he didn’t really lived up to the expectations everyone had around him. He also fell short in terms of delivering the responsibility he had on his shoulders as a part of the hand-picked veteran roaster of LeBron James. Currently Anthony is the second best player in the Los Angeles Lakers squad who runs as a forward and center at the same time in the court who even though injured stands high in the All-Star voting.
The National Basketball Association like every other year, even this year has a All-Star game schedule for 20th February 2022. But unexpectedly it’s not the organization who is first to reveal the special All-Star game jersey as Anthony Davis’ jersey was seen hanging at a local store in L.A and it totally looks like the All-Star game jersey for the player.
The only reason fans believe the jersey being real is it having the Jumpman logo along with the NBA logo while representing the 75th anniversary of the league. Which has been celebrated by the league itself for the whole season and the rally still continues. This makes the jersey look quite legit for the special game but still there are no official updates from the league but fans being fans have it declared as the official one on the social media as many like it and many don’t. All-Star weekend this year will include the Slam Dunk contest, Skills challenge, 3-point shooting contest, Rising Star game and the All-Star game at Cleveland.

Anthony Davis so far this season
Anthony Davis plays for the Los Angeles Lakers and is having one of the worst season of his career so far. He is one of the best centers/forwards of the league in the modern era who dominating the post as the role also has a game around the arc where he knows how to swish the ball. Unfortunately this season all that magic of his seems stolen as has fell short most of the times and was also seen at the bottom in terms of efficiency. Currently Davis is side-lined and supposed to return in a week or two as he is recovering from a MCL sprain in left knee.
Lately AD has come up like the most injury prone player of the league as he fails to deliver while being side-lined due to injuries especially regarding the shoulders and lower part of the body including knees and ankles. This season Anthony Davis is averaging 23.3 points, 9.9 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.2 steals and 2 blocks per game. A stat line which one would love to have but this is least expected by the big guy. As he this season in multiple occasions has failed to deliver it or even step up in clutch time or late in the game to register a win when trusted.
Davis is one of the most important piece of Los Angeles Lakers and the only person after LeBron James who can feel safe from the radar. But nothing can be expected as currently the Los Angeles Lakers have thrown their head coach under the bus for the inconsistent run the team has had so far this regular season. Currently the front office is heated up as the team requires to improve and fix them around to win more games while making it to the play-offs and having a long-mad run. We may find many stars shipped to different teams soon as the team in absence of AD shifted to centerless game-style in search of more mobility as age is a important factor in Lakers’ run this season.
