Such was the fortune was Houston Rockets and its players when they took their team plane on a three-game road trip starting with Memphis Grizzlies, but before the scare of Desmond Bane and Dillion Brooks, it was the weather which decided to frighten the Houston Rockets players.
The Houston rockets enter the game against Memphis Grizzlies after witnessing their 7-game win streak coming to an end against the Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Milwaukee Bucks. Safe to say, it always seemed like a tough game for the Stephen Silas but with JA Morant less Grizzlies next, they might just seem light on paper.

Rockets News: Houston team plane gets a tornado scare
With tornado sirens going off in downtown Memphis amid a tornado warning in Shelby County, the #Houston Rockets team plane was forced to circle for an hour in turbulence before landing safely after 1 a.m. Scary stuff across the country with these storms tonight. Stay safe, everyone.
The good thing is that the Rockets arrived in Memphis safe. They also have a scary midair story to tell to people, but what they really want to share with people is how they were able to avenge their loss to Memphis back in November at FedEx Forum. The Houston Rockets, however, are trailing the Memphis Grizzlies by a wide margin, as of this writing.
Having said that, the important thing is that the Rockets and everybody else on the plane ride are unharmed. That is all form the latest Rockets news as of now.
