Suns star Chris Paul named to Joe Biden’s advisory board in unique role

NBA Fans will be aware that Phoenix Suns star Chris Paul has the unique and exceptional floor general ability, because of which, he has earned a nickname of Point of God. Surely, CP3 is one of the greatest point guards to have ever played in the league, but this time around he made sure that he is just not known for his ability on the court.
Now to those who are not aware, Chris Paul has been an advocate for social justice and has often worked for the community to bring out positive changes, in and for the society. As per the latest information provided by Shams Charania, it seems like CP3 has been recognized for his true and honest work as he has been included in Joe Biden’s advisory board in a unique role.

As Per Shams Charania, Chris Paul was named to Joe Biden’s Advisory Board for Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Actress Taraji P. Henson was also named to the Advisory Board. Moreover, the veteran guard is one of nine men and women on Biden’s committee. His administration has committed $5.8 billion in support to the colleges and universities. The White House released a statement on the Suns star, applauding him for the work he’s done in the community.

Apart from this, the 36-year-old, Paul has averaged 15.0 points, 10.7 assists, 4.4 rebounds, and 1.8 steals per game in 61 contests this season. The veteran guard has helped lead the Suns to the NBA’s best record.

Given that the Phoenix Suns are bound to play the last incoming team in the playoffs, behind Devin Booker and Chris Paul’s leadership, they are surely going to focus upon making a deep run in the playoffs. Will they be finally able to register a silverware against the name of Paul? Remains to be seen. But it is indeed safe to say, that the Suns are looking destined for making history in the 2021-22 season.
