When the 2022 All-Star Slam Dunk Contest’s line-up was introduced, many expected stars like Jalen Green and Cole Anthony to set the stage on fire, being the showtime event to mark the end of Day 2. But as things turned out, the particular spoken off event was only a ‘six’ as deemed by Dwayne Wade. Not only the Heat legend but even multiple stars went onto troll the lame and boring Slam Dunk Contest.

However, as we entered the star-studded All-Star game on Sunday, LeBron James, Giannis and JA Morant set the stage on fire and surely lived to their hype after massive dunks got the crowd up to their feet. Not only did fans went onto suggest that these should have headlined the Dunk Contest, but savagely trolled the players who were involved yesterday.

Saturday’s Slam Dunk contest was won by Obi Toppin, who became the third ever New York Knicks representative to claim his hands on the silverware. But with the likes of Shaq and Dwayne Wade criticizing the event on a public level, these young stars should surely go onto take a note of how to get things done.

Now, with the All-Star game underway, Team LeBron has been led with Stephen Curry as of writing, who has gone onto knock eight 3-pointers as we entered the halftime. On one hand, where the first-half was won the LeBron James’ team, Team Durant made an emphatic comeback to clinch the second quarter.

That being said, who among Team LeBron and Team Durant will come out to shine victorious? Remains to be seen as we are about to enter the third quarter.
