“There is no panic” Stephen Curry’s sincere admission after Warriors lose against Bucks in embarrassing fashion

The Golden State Warriors were smothered by the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday night, in a game that many expect will be an NBA Finals see. While this specific game has no ramifications on whether or not that will be the situation, or how such a series would even go, it was positively a disillusioning appearance for a Golden State team that has been battling in the court.

The Warriors are only 5-5 over their last 10 games, and Stephen Curry is averaging 24.4 PPG on 37.9% from the field and 33.7% from profound over that stretch. Curry scored only 12 points in the loss to Milwaukee on Thursday and posted a game-most noticeably terrible – 25 plus/minus. He shot only 4/11 from the field, proceeding with his shooting droop one more game.

After the game, Curry was asked about what went wrong in this matchup.

“We obviously have stuff to work on, but it’s not like a situation where we don’t know what to do or how to get it done. Milwaukee is a good team obviously, they have championship DNA now. They present some challenges in terms of putting pressure on the interior, and spacing with their shooting. We just got off to a terrible start where everything went wrong on both ends of the floor. The way that they guarded us, we created some pretty good looks, and didn’t make any early… They played a little bit hungrier than we did tonight, and pretty much won it in the first 18 minutes.”– Steph Curry after the game.

Curry even added that they need to start their games better and a need to get back to their offensive playstyle in order to do well in the upcoming games. In the post game interview he even told about the absence of Draymond Green has even impacted the team and he definetly misses to play with him on the hardwood.

Indeed, even with the loss, the Warriors are only one game out of the lead position in the Western Conference standings; in any case, they have been extensively more regrettable of late than they were to begin the season. With pretty much 50% of the year remaining, they surely have the opportunity to return to the strength they showed toward the start of the year.
