Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant is been highly trolled for his past statement on the Celtics after their recent loss to the Boston-based franchise. KD was playing his second game after recovering from the injury which he suffered during the month of January, he showed some exceptional performance but it seems it was not enough to stop the masterpiece which Jayson Tatum showed in the game.

Durant scored 37 points and became the 23rd player in NBA history to reach 25,000 points, because it was a road game Kyrie Irving was also with him for the game against the Celtics. Despite the Nets duo being present in the game, the Celtics never looked uneasy and played their natural game to bring the victory by 126-120 for Boston where their star forward Jayson Tatum played a critical 54-point game.

The Nets led by Durant were unable to stop the dominance of Tatum on the floor and faced their 33rd defeat. After this loss, the Nets are currently placed in the ninth seed of the eastern conference with going below 0.500, which has even raised the question of their playoff qualification.

During the celebration of the US team win, Kevin was live on his Instagram handle where he trolled Tatum and his new Celtics coach, Ime Udoka.

“There’s going to be problems for the Boston Celtics this year,” exclaimed KD.

However, karma has got Durant because the situation has totally turned while during the start of the season the Brooklyn Nets were considered as the Championship contender but now due to recent controversies of players the season is running down for them.

On the other side, the Celtics with Jayson Tatum started the season with a very low note but now they are slowly progressing and their recent win against the Nets has brought them to the fifth seed in the eastern conference.
