The same day New York Knicks’ fan commits an even more disgusting crime, by spitting on Atlanta Hawks marquee player, Trae Young. This act has been highly condemned by the NBA fan base and also by the player himself.
It is utterly disgusting to witnessing NBA players getting treated like this, just like Westbrook, Young also mentioned about the NBA safety and protocol team to take of such instances as fans are allowed to take seats in the 2021 NBA playoff games.

This incident happened in the 4th quarter of the game when New York Knicks were leading over the Atlanta Hawks 88-78, and Trae Young was seen standing on the side-line when a woman wearing glasses decided to spit on the player.
It might have not come onto the Young’s notice but the visual was caught on the camera. To give a backstory about Young’s history with the Knicks fan. He played a key role in Hawks winning the first game and signified the Knicks crowd to shut up!
It surely did not go well with the home fans after such an unbelievably disgusting incident has taken place. Surely there will be an action taken for the same but as things stand the New York Knicks have won the game 2 against Atlanta Hawks, to level the 7-game series 1-1.
