The New York Knicks after having a mad run to play-offs last season after half a decade of not showing up for play-offs were finally looking different and better like the 90’s and early 2000’s. But the journey of New York Knicks in the playoffs was ended by Trae Young’s Atlanta Hawks as they won the series by 4-1 (W-L). It was a crazy series for both the ends and their fans.
The National Basketball Association scheduled a rematch for New York Knicks and Atlanta Hawks on the eve of Christmas this year and the New York Knicks were able to have the last laugh as the stepping over Atlanta Hawks, New York Knicks won the game by 14 points. The Atlanta Hawks are currently ranked as the 11th seed in the eastern conference with the record of 15 wins and 17 looses and following them is the New York Knicks currently ranked as the 12th seed in the eastern conference with the record of 15 wins and 18 looses.
Playing on the eve of Christmas is already a very big blessing for the players who get a chance to participate and having a performance which the people and the record books will remember is better than anything one could do on Christmas individually. Kemba Walker of New York Knicks had one such Christmas game today where he registered a triple double for himself not something every one is capable to do.

Kemba Walker adding 10 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists for himself recorded a triple-double in his name while joining the elite list of many few players to do so on a Christmas game. Being out of Rotation for the New York Knicks for 9 straight games as the head coach Tom Thibodeau decided to have him side lined and is still getting criticized for that particular decision since Kemba Walker has had a spot back into the team due to multiple players of New York Knicks being side-lined because of COVID-19 health and safety protocols and is showing off why the decision was wrong.
Kemba Walker has now showed his potential again and again and made a very strong case to be a part of rotation even when the whole roster is healthy and back. Having 41 points in just three quarters was one of the biggest moments of Kemba Walker getting a spot in rotation and it relates it back to his time at Charlotte Hornets where he was one of the biggest offensive threat of the league.
