“We not good enough for 48 min” DeAndre Jordan reveals just why the Lakers have been struggling in the 2021-22 season
Los Angeles Lakers having played 27 games till now stands 14-13 on the board. Last Friday playing with Oklahoma City Thunder they made it rain again with 116-95 points by the final time. Having LeBron James on the court, the weather got changed completely. Finishing with a season high with 19 made three pointers Lakers didn’t hold back this time.
Having missed the first two games against the Thunder this season, LeBron James scored 33 points and 2 blocks with 13-of-20 shooting for the Lakers. But what stood different was Avery Bradley who was the shining star of the game, scoring his season-high 22 points for the Lakers he made to the flashy cameras frame post the game.
If anything different that happened after the game ended, it was DeAndre Jordan speaking of the Lakers and expressing his feelings of having completed 10,000 rebounds during the game.

Here’s what DeAndre Jordan has to say about the Lakers
DeAndre Jordan, who has been mostly benched by the Lakers this season, is averaging at 4.7 points, 5.9 rebounds and 0.4 assists per game. He played 11 minutes against the Thunder and recorded 3 points, four rebounds and 1 steal. His first two rebounds of the game made him to the 41st positioned player in the NBA history to grab 10,000 rebounds in a career. Not being much active this season as of now, he’s still been moving of the court, frequently sharing his thoughts about the game. And in the post interview with the Lakers, carrying the same he shared his opinion on the game.
“We play the score, and not the game. … There’s teams we should have beaten that we didn’t beat. There’s teams we could’ve beaten that we didn’t beat.”
He further goes on saying that “the team is doing a good job of coming together”, but he feels “not good enough, for 48 minutes”.

Not realizing about his 10,000 completed rebounds he told media “I actually didn’t know that happened during the game, “I think it’s super cool, with this being my 14th season and the gradual steps I’ve taken in my career, early on, and building and trying to make [rebounding] a great niche for me. It’s great to be among those other players to have done that.”
Now, the next game for the Lakers lies with the Orlando Magic that’s going to be held on Monday.
