When Dwayne Wade tweeted out support and prayers for Demi Lovato after drug overdose

Dwayne Wade, a former NBA Champion who surely known all about the fame world and the glamour it has. Be it on court or off it, the former Miami Heat’s legend has been a class act and has often come to showcase his support from various artists all around the world. In 2018, when Grammy winner Demi Lovato was reported to be hospitalized after suffering from an alleged drug overdose, Wade was one of the first NBA stars to come out in support the American singer.
When Demi Lovato was admitted into a hospital in Los Angeles, many celebrities came out to showcase their thoughts and support. Similar was the case for Dwayne Wade as well. In 2018, July, singer, “Demi Lovato was rushed to an L.A. hospital after suffering what appears to be a heroin overdose as per the statements of law enforcement.”

Dwayne Wade came out to support Demi Lovato
Dwayne Wade is well acquainted from the fashion and the world of show-business as his wife Gabrielle Union is a product of the same industry. But thankfully, Lovato was reported to be ‘awake and responsive,’ much to bring ease all around the world.
That being said, Wade has always been one of the most charismatic characters in the NBA world. Given that, he is one of the most reputed retired players, Wade seems to be determined to make a name for himself off court now, after joining the likes of LeBron James, James Harden and Kevin Durant by becoming an owner of a soccer team.
Furthermore, one of the most iconic Miami Heat’s players, Dwayne Wade recently turned 40 wherein a video of him, LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony went viral. All veterans seemed to be having a time of their life, smoking cigars.
Lastly, Demi Lovato’s struggles with drug abuse has not been new for any fan. Hopefully she can stay away from such scenarios for her own good, in the future as well.
