Klay Thompson is a 5X NBA All-star who was drafted by the Golden State Warriors in 2011 and made a name for himself as a reliable three-point shooter and defender. Thompson has won four NBA championships in his time at Golden State with his most recent one coming in 2022. He is known to be a menace in the playoffs earning the nickname ‘Game 6 Klay’ after his 41-point performance in an elimination game 6 in 2016.

The most pivotal point of Klay Thompson’s career came in 2019 when he picked up an ACL injury in the NBA Finals which ruled him out for the next season. Thompson was on the verge of a return in 2020/21 before he tore his Achilles right before the season started which ruled him out yet again. Klay returned in 2021/22 and won a championship in his first full season back.

Klay Thompson moved into his house in 2015 which is located in Dana Point, California in Orange County. Thompson paid $2.2 million for a 2,433-square-foot coastal house. Despite having enough money after signing an extension with Golden State in 2015, four-time NBA champion Klay Thompson chose to buy a beachfront property that is only 11 miles from Ladera Ranch, where he spent his childhood.

The house is more than 2,400 square feet in size and contains three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This one-family residence was constructed in 1974. Additionally, it occupies 0.29 acres of the lot. The residence also includes a garage. Klay Thompson lives with his 10-year-old dog Rocco who has been spotted multiple times on the 4x NBA champion’s social media.

Along with his property in Dana Point, Thompson paid $2.44 million for a house in Oakland in 2018. There are no images on the interiors, however, rumors suggested that Phoenix Suns player Kevin Durant, who was then playing for the Warriors, lived close by. Golden State won championships with Thompson and Durant in 2017 and 2018.

His second house overlooks the ocean in Dana Point, CA and was purchased after he signed his extension with Golden State in 2018 earning him an annual average salary of $37 Million. The Golden State Warriors team have famously had their post championship parties at Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant’s houses.
