“You cannot duck after losing by 37”: Skip Bayless lodges latest attack at LeBron James after worst loss in over 3 years against Nuggets

Skip Bayless the biggest LeBron James hater and a player critic who is also a sports columnist and host at Fox Sports Media Group’s Undisputed is back at targeting the King. As he again digs up the past in his latest hot take against the King and team. The Los Angeles Lakers are consistently inconsistent as they keep falling short while letting other teams edge over them by silly mistakes relating to chemistry issues on both the ends. As the front office and LeBron this offseason exchanged their young core for veterans and now it looks like a franchise mistake as the on paper expectations didn’t really lived in reality.

The LeBron James led Los Angeles Lakers are currently ranked as the 8^th seed in the western conference with the record tied at 22 wins and 22 losses as they end their 3 games loosing streak against Utah Jazz and now find himself at .500. Recently the Los Angeles Lakers faced their most embarrassing blowout defeat in last three years since they have LeBron on board as they fell short against Denver Nuggets by loosing with the margin of 37 points. This has fans around the globe really sad and mad where unexpectedly Laker’s legend and NBA Hall of Famer Magic Johnson even came ahead and tweeted his frustration out.

Los Angeles Lakers are currently the most criticized team in the league as the fans, analysts, legends and even the commentators around are most of the time seen critical with every thing the team does even though if they win. One such name who always criticizes every end that has LeBron James is Skip Bayless as in his latest sitting with Shannon Sharpe he again criticized the blowout defeat while firing straight shots towards LeBron James and team. As he brings the idea of making some major changes around the roaster since a week or two relating to their inconsistent run.

Skip Bayless on LeBron James and the Lakers

Skip Bayless in his 5 minutes of criticism appreciated LeBron James at the start unexpectedly but as expected went on to criticize him and the team. Keeping in mind LeBron’s reaction to the blow out loss and the loss it self Skip quoted: “LeBron James is having the greatest 19^th season anybody has ever had…He is in his 19^th year dominating the league. He is the King, He is not only the face of this franchise, he is the face of the league. Obviously because of that you cannot duck after losing by 37 at Denver. You just can’t.”

Skip further went on criticizing LeBron as his appreciation was done and out while saying: “LeBron you are the leader of Los Angeles Lakers a team which was title favourite even before the season started. So when that happens you have to speak in part to protect your teammates. Because if you leave them holding the bags they all have to go up and sit on the podium. Starting with Russell Westbrook who did do his credit and go addressed the media. They all had to take the shots which you should have taken first or Vogel should have taken.”

Skip again makes sense while pointing out LeBron’s mistake as a leader and Frank Vogel’s as the head coach but then him drawing un-wanted comparison between James and Tom Brady just throws light to the fact of him being a LeBron hater even though he ends on a appreciative note in the clip. The criticism continues and will continue but the thing Los Angeles Lakers have to focus on is to find a way out and win it all if they want a good and long run around the post season. As the heat increases we may soon find some stars shipped around in different jerseys and even a coach fired as the main motive of the franchise is to keep winning.
