Ron Rivera, the Head coach of Washington Commanders, earlier in the week cited Carson Wentz as the reason why his team is behind the rest of the NFC East this season. And this unsurprisingly opened a new media frenzy, giving rise to a lot of tension and misconceptions between the two that have been the hot topic all over the town these past days.

For the NFL and Sports lovers, another shocking revelation was that the team owner Daniel Snyder was the primary culprit for why the team traded Wentz in the off-season.

Daniel Snyder, who is also been in news recently due to his comments saying “the NFL is a mafia” and “all other owners hate each other.” But as a matter of fact, it seems all owners hate Daniel Snyder, another owner told ESPN. One report also stated that Snyder hired private investigators to dig up “dirt” on team owners, including Jerry Jones of the Dallas Cowboys. Well, this is an all different topic together. But hey let’s get back to the other matter on our hands- Ron Rivera and Carson Wentz.

“Have a ton of respect for him” Carson Wentz on HC Ron Rivera

While Ron Rivera had some words of criticism for his player, Carson Wentz only had praise for his coach

While the Commanders’ Head Coach has apologized for his previous comments of pushing Carson Wentz under the bus, it finally seems it’s all good in the hood for this duo now.

When Wentz was asked for his comments by TheAthletic.com on his team’s HC, he said “Coach Rivera, he’s awesome, I have a ton of respect for him playing in this league from afar, but getting to play for him is even better. It’s definitely special. . . . He’s going to speak his mind. And he’s going to be very direct and to the point. And in this business, that means a lot. And I think guys love that about him.”

The quarterback had a positive and good smile while describing his thoughts on his coach.

And this positive attitude was also visible immediately on the field as well, as the Commanders delivered a dominating win against the Bears. Their next match is up against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.
